Unique tribute recreates iconic sound, visuals and legendary catalog Saturday night in Orangevale
ORANGEVALE — The music, atmosphere and unmistakable sound of Pink Floyd will fill the room once again this weekend as Another Brick, Sacramento’s Ultimate Pink Floyd Experience, returns to The Boardwalk for a full-scale tribute performance on Saturday, March 28.
More than just a tribute act, Another Brick has built its reputation on delivering a complete Pink Floyd-style concert experience — one that goes beyond the songs themselves and into the immersive sound, tone and visual presentation that defined one of rock’s most iconic bands. For fans who never had the chance to see Pink Floyd live — or those looking to relive it — Saturday’s show offers a rare opportunity to step into that experience in an intimate local setting.
The Sacramento-based group draws heavily from Pink Floyd’s most celebrated albums, including The Wall, Wish You Were Here, Animals, and The Dark Side of the Moon, presenting the music as a flowing, album-style journey that mirrors the way the band originally crafted its records and live performances. The result is not just a setlist, but a carefully paced sonic experience that moves between atmospheric depth and explosive musical peaks.
Fans can expect to hear many of the band’s most recognizable and beloved songs woven throughout the evening, from the haunting opening passages of “Shine On You Crazy Diamond” and the ticking urgency of “Time,” to the unmistakable groove of “Money” and the anthemic power of “Another Brick in the Wall.” The set is also expected to feature “Wish You Were Here,” “Comfortably Numb,” and deeper fan favorites that highlight the band’s signature balance of introspection and intensity.

Another Brick focuses on musical precision, capturing the subtle textures and tonal layers that defined Pink Floyd’s recordings while translating them into a compelling live performance. Guitar solos, ambient keyboards, dynamic transitions and vocal harmonies are all carefully constructed to recreate the depth and emotion of the original material.
But the experience extends beyond the music alone. Known for incorporating visual elements that echo the spirit of Pink Floyd’s legendary live productions, the band pairs its performance with lighting and atmosphere designed to enhance the journey, giving audiences a sense of being fully immersed in the show from start to finish.
Based in Sacramento and performing throughout Northern California, Another Brick has developed a following among fans seeking more than a traditional tribute performance. Their shows are built around the idea of recreating the full sensory impact of Pink Floyd’s music — where sound, pacing and visual elements come together as one cohesive experience.
Saturday’s performance continues The Boardwalk’s long-standing role as one of the region’s premier live music venues, offering an up-close setting where audiences can experience large, iconic sounds in a more personal environment.
Located at 9426 Greenback Lane in Orangevale, The Boardwalk regularly hosts a mix of touring acts, tribute bands and regional performers, drawing music fans from across the Sacramento area.
The show begins at 8 p.m. and is open to all ages with a parent or guardian required for those under 21. Tickets and additional event details are available at www.rocktheboardwalk.com. All ticket sales are final.
