All Good Vibes, Four Barrel, Adam Aldama & The Aces and Shane Dwight bring three days of live entertainment to Historic Folsom
A weekend packed with dance-floor favorites, crowd-pleasing rock hits and internationally recognized blues talent is headed to Historic Folsom as Powerhouse Pub rolls out another diverse lineup of live entertainment highlighted by Friday night party band All Good Vibes, Saturday headliners Adam Aldama & The Aces and acclaimed blues-rock performer Shane Dwight.
From modern country and funk-infused dance music to classic rock favorites and world-class blues, the lineup offers something for virtually every music fan while continuing to make Powerhouse Pub one of Folsom’s favorite entertainment spots in the city’s Historic District.
Friday night begins with All Good Vibes taking the Powerhouse stage at 10 p.m. The Sacramento-based cover band has quickly earned a reputation for exactly what its name promises — a high-energy, feel-good party atmosphere built around crowd favorites and nonstop entertainment.
Blending R&B, funk, pop, rock, modern country and 1980s throwbacks, the band delivers a wide-ranging setlist designed to keep audiences moving throughout the night. Fronted by powerhouse vocalists Andrew Wosnum and Amanda Beltz, All Good Vibes combines strong vocals, dance-floor energy and a modern edge that appeals to audiences of all ages.
Behind the vocal duo, bassist Dustin Davis and drummer Dakota Pattison provide the rhythmic foundation while guitarist Russell Brewer adds soaring leads and tone-rich riffs that elevate every performance. Depending on the venue and performance, the band may also feature special guest vocalists, helping create a unique experience each time they take the stage.
Whether performing at festivals, private events or local venues, All Good Vibes has built a following by combining recognizable songs, positive energy and a contagious enthusiasm that turns every performance into a celebration.
Saturday, June 20 begins with the Saturday Afternoon Dance Party featuring Four Barrel at 3 p.m. Hailing from Woodland, the veteran band has spent more than a decade entertaining audiences throughout the Greater Sacramento region with an energetic mix of rock favorites spanning the 1960s through today.
Known for delivering what they describe as a “nothin’-but-fun, rockin’ good time,” Four Barrel combines decades of musical experience with an eclectic catalog that keeps audiences dancing and singing along from start to finish.
Leading the band is vocalist Teri Alison, whose passion for performing began at the age of eight when she first stepped onstage to sing “Rhinestone Cowboy.” Inspired by artists such as Pat Benatar, Alison has gone on to front several regional bands and has become known for her commanding stage presence and dynamic vocal style.
Founding member Phillip Lovejoy anchors the band on lead guitar and vocals. Influenced by guitar legends including Eddie Van Halen, Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan, Lovejoy brings a blues-rock edge to Four Barrel’s sound while helping shape the band’s musical direction.
Bassist Dale Warner contributes decades of experience developed through California’s rock, blues and jazz scenes. After spending more than 30 years performing in Los Angeles and touring nationally, Warner returned to Woodland and eventually joined Four Barrel, helping strengthen the band’s groove-driven rhythm section.
Rounding out the group is drummer Ken Hockensmith, whose driving rhythms provide the foundation for Four Barrel’s high-energy performances.
Saturday night then shifts into full party mode as Adam Aldama & The Aces take over the stage at 10 p.m.
Known throughout Northern California for their polished stage productions and crowd-pleasing performances, the band has become one of the region’s most popular live entertainment acts. Led by Adam Aldama, the group features Veronica Ballejos on vocals, Brett Sackett on lead guitar, Keywan Ryland on drums and Jimmy O’Shea on bass.
What makes The Aces unique is their ability to transform into multiple themed productions while maintaining the same high level of musicianship and entertainment. Their performances have included tributes to Prince, Bruno Mars and Michael Jackson, along with Y2K-themed productions and dance-party showcases built around crowd favorites from multiple decades.
Regardless of the theme, audiences can expect polished harmonies, choreography, dynamic musicianship and a setlist filled with songs designed to keep the dance floor packed.
The weekend concludes Sunday, June 21 with the latest installment of the Powerhouse of Blues series featuring acclaimed blues-rock guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Shane Dwight at 3 p.m.
Over the course of his career, Dwight has performed more than 3,500 shows while building an international following and earning praise from critics and fans alike. His touring résumé includes appearances at major events such as the Ottawa Blues Festival in Canada, Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis, Grolsch Blues Festival in Germany, Reno Blues Festival and the Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise.
Along the way, he has shared stages with an impressive list of artists including B.B. King, Joe Bonamassa, Blake Shelton, The Doobie Brothers, Tedeschi Trucks Band, The Marshall Tucker Band and Collective Soul.
His career has taken him from intimate songwriter venues like Nashville’s famed Bluebird Café to House of Blues locations across the country, BB King’s clubs and major casinos from Las Vegas to Florida. He even spent five years performing at Disneyland.
Known for his soulful vocals, blues-infused guitar work and engaging stage presence, Dwight brings a four-piece band complete with keyboards and backing vocals, creating a rich and powerful sound that blends blues, rock, soul and Americana influences.
For local music fans, Sunday’s appearance offers a chance to experience one of the genre’s most seasoned performers in an intimate setting as he closes out another diverse weekend of entertainment in Historic Folsom.
