May 7 event honors business leaders, community advocates while showcasing area food, wine and entertainment

Be prepared to taste, experience and salute Folsom, all in grand fashion as the community comes together next Tuesday, May 7 for the 2024 Choose Folsom Community Awards at Harris Center for the Arts.

“Get ready to be dazzled at the 2024 Choose Folsom Community Awards. The stage is set for an unforgettable evening filled with sensational performances that will leave you breathless,” shared the staff of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce who has been working hard behind the scenes to make this year’s event nothing short of spectacular.

The annual Choose Folsom Community Awards honors the community’s business leaders, advocates and more for their contributions and successes that benefit the community. Earlier this year, Choose Folsom began collecting requests for nominations from its many members to consider for this year’s recipients and next Tuesday, those elite individuals will be honored on the stage of the Folsom’s premier entertainment venue, the beautiful Harris Center of the Arts at Folsom Lake College.

The larger venue than previous years has allowed event organizers to offer attendees an “exquisite experience,” that will begin with a reception that offers appetizers and food tastings from some of Folsom’s finest and newest restaurants.

The event offers wine tasting from award winning area wineries as well as live entertainment that will take place on stage prior to and throughout the awards program that honors this year’s winning businesses and offers many special announcements, including the presentation of the 2024 Folsom Pro Rodeo Grand Marshal, Rodeo Legend inductees and more.
