Outdoor yoga, Tot Tuesday, farmers markets and a disco party highlight seasonal schedule
Palladio, Folsom’s premier shopping and dining destination is bringing a full slate of free community events to Folsom this summer, offering everything from outdoor wellness activities and children’s programming to farmers markets and a 70s-themed disco dance party.
The outdoor shopping and entertainment destination announced its summer schedule Wednesday, inviting families, shoppers and visitors to take part in a season of activities centered around the Palladio Piazza and surrounding retail areas.
“This summer event schedule is designed to create experiences that bring people together,” said Gloria Wright, general manager of Palladio. “Whether guests are shopping, dining, enjoying wellness activities, or making memories with family and friends at one of our special events, Palladio is proud to serve as a gathering place for the community all summer long.”
The summer schedule includes several recurring events and seasonal activities for visitors of all ages.
Summer event lineup at Palladio:
Soul Yoga — Saturdays from June through October, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., Piazza
Free outdoor yoga sessions hosted with Serenity Spa and Soul Yoga. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat.
Tot Tuesday — First and third Tuesdays from May through October, 10 a.m., Piazza
Themed story time and activities for children ages 6 and younger. Parents must remain present during the event.
Living Smart Farmers Market — Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., parking lot near Whole Foods Market
Weekly farmers market featuring fresh fruits and vegetables from local farms.
Living Smart Farmers Market — Saturdays beginning in June, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., parking lot near Nordstrom Rack
Additional weekend farmers market featuring locally grown produce and vendors.
70s Disco Party — June 6, 8 p.m., Piazza
A themed disco dance party featuring a DJ, illuminated dance floor, themed drinks for guests 21 and older, giveaways and a 360-camera experience. Guests are encouraged to dress in disco attire.
Palladio is a regional outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment center in Folsom with approximately 100 retailers, restaurants and entertainment venues, including Sephora, H&M, Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack, Palladio 16 Cinemas, Windsor, Victoria’s Secret and Dave & Buster’s. The center hosts more than 50 events each year.
