Rising Lincoln band of young musicians continues to pack venues across Northern California
One of Northern California’s fastest-rising young bands will take the stage in Historic Folsom this weekend as Guilty As Charged delivers its high-energy blend of classic rock favorites and original music at the Folsom Hotel Saloon this Saturday night.
Hailing from Lincoln, Guilty As Charged has quickly built a reputation well beyond its hometown, earning back-to-back-to-back honors as Lincoln’s Best Band in 2022, 2023 and 2024, along with being named Roseville’s Best Band in 2023. Despite the band members’ young age, the group has become known for consistently drawing large crowds and delivering performances that rival seasoned touring acts.
Originally formed as a group of students at Lincoln’s Rockstar Music Academy, the band has grown into a polished and confident live act, now writing and performing original music while staying rooted in the classic rock sound that first inspired them. Their style blends the energy and authenticity of rock’s golden eras with a fresh perspective that connects with audiences of all ages.
Guilty As Charged’s setlist reflects that balance, featuring a mix of crowd-favorite anthems alongside deeper cuts from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. Their performances are driven by a shared passion for the music and a chemistry that comes from years of playing together, creating a dynamic stage presence that continues to win over fans across the region.

The band features Stevie Pagano on guitar and vocals, Seth Springer on bass and vocals, Brody Manning on keys and vocals, and Halen Morgan on drums and vocals. Together, the quartet delivers a full, layered sound that blends tight instrumentation with strong vocal harmonies, showcasing both their technical ability and musical maturity.
While their youth may initially surprise some audiences, it is often the first impression that quickly turns into admiration. The group’s ability to command a stage, engage a crowd, and deliver high-quality performances has helped set them apart in a competitive live music scene.
Saturday’s show takes place inside the Folsom Hotel Saloon, one of the region’s most iconic venues located in the heart of the Historic Folsom District. Known for its intimate setting and strong lineup of regional and national acts, the venue continues to serve as a launching pad for emerging talent while also hosting established performers.
Doors open at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at the Folsom Hotel Saloon, located at 703 Sutter St. The show is open to all ages, with general admission tickets available online.
