Presented by Wild Mike’s Ultimate Pizza and Desri, the event continues its legacy as the oldest race in the Pro Motocross Championship calendar and one of the most coveted stops on the 11-race national circuit. Since its inception in 1968, the Hangtown Classic has been hosted by the Dirt Diggers North Motorcycle Club, which has built the event into what many consider the crown jewel of the series, consistently drawing some of the largest crowds of the season and in the end, supporting various local charities with the proceeds.

The action begins Friday, June 5, as the Women’s Motocross Championship launches its outdoor season with its opening moto. The excitement continues Saturday with a full day of professional racing that stretches from early morning through late afternoon.

Saturday’s schedule features practice and time qualifying sessions leading into a full slate of racing, including the second and final WMX moto. Opening ceremonies are set for 12:30 p.m., followed by two motos each in the premier 250cc and 450cc men’s classes, delivering a full day of high-speed, bar-to-bar competition on one of the sport’s most historic tracks.

Fans looking for an up-close experience will have a special opportunity to access the Pro Pits on Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to noon. For $30, attendees can walk through the paddock, meet riders, and see the machines and teams that make up the sport’s elite. Pro Pit passes, along with general admission and reserved seating tickets, are available online.
