The latest additions include the newly opened AC Hotel by Marriott, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, DeVons Jewelers and Grounded, a new retail concept scheduled to open next month.

According to Palladio officials, the new businesses further strengthen the center’s position as one of the region’s premier outdoor destinations, providing visitors with additional options for lodging, shopping and specialty retail experiences.

“We are thrilled to expand our tenant diversity,” said Gloria Wright, general manager of Palladio. “Each addition brings something special to our guests, from elevated hospitality and handcrafted sweets to fine jewelry and a fresh pop-up retail experience, Grounded, a fun new shoe concept by MTT Collective. Together, they reflect Palladio’s continued momentum and our commitment to creating a destination where visitors can shop, dine, stay, and spend time together.”

The largest of the new additions is the AC Hotel by Marriott, which officially opened June 10 at 510 Palladio Parkway. The 85,473-square-foot hotel brings Marriott’s European-inspired AC Hotel brand to Folsom, offering accommodations and amenities designed for both business and leisure travelers.
