7:30 PM, 200 block Blue Ravine Road, theft with prior convictions, drug paraphernalia, burglary tools and theft;two 40 year old Sacramento men were contacted at the location. One was arrested for theft with specified prior theft convictions and booked at Sacramento County Jail.
