Free live music both Friday and Saturday, That 70’s Band takes the stage for July 4.
Red Hawk Resort Casino is celebrating Independence Day weekend with another lineup of free live entertainment, bringing Northern California favorite Plaid City to the Stage Bar on Friday night before welcoming That 70’s Band for its Red Hawk debut on Saturday.
The holiday weekend begins Friday as Plaid City takes the Stage Bar from 8 p.m. until midnight with the high-energy performance style that has helped make the Northern California cover band a favorite throughout the region.
Fronted by Jason Weeks, Plaid City has built a growing reputation for filling dance floors through an energetic, crowd-focused show that effortlessly moves between genres and decades. The band’s performances transport audiences from the grunge and alternative rock explosion of the 1990s to the one-hit wonders and pop favorites of the 1980s while also weaving in timeless classic rock from the 1970s, country sing-alongs and hip-hop party tracks.
The group’s identity is intentionally simple. When they arrive, they wear plaid and they play rock ‘n’ roll. Their show celebrates the soundtrack of an era that produced some of rock’s most enduring artists and unforgettable songs, bringing audiences a nostalgic evening packed with familiar favorites.
Whether it’s arena rock, classic radio staples, feel-good dance songs or sing-along anthems, That 70’s Band recreates the sound, style and energy that made the decade unforgettable. Their four-hour performance promises to keep the Stage Bar dance floor active throughout the holiday weekend while giving classic rock fans plenty to celebrate.
All Stage Bar performances at Red Hawk Resort Casino are free with no cover charge, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
