Seven staff members have been selected as Folsom Cordova Unified School District’s (FCUSD) Classified Employees of the Year. FCUSD has submitted the seven stellar nominations to the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) Classified Employee of the Year Program, which aims to recognize classified staff for exceptional job performance and distinguished contributions.

“These outstanding staff members work diligently to make a positive impact on our school community, and we are thrilled to recognize their hard work,” reads a statement from the district. “We are #FCUSDproud of all our dedicated staff for their unwavering commitment to shaping a brighter tomorrow for all students.”

FCUSD’s Classified Employees of the Year are as follows:

• Amber Dimas, Health Services

• Daniel Ericksen, Transportation Services

• Erin Hickey-Grudem, Food and Nutrition Services

• Gracie Bolster, Paraprofessional

• Kerry Wedel, Custodial and Maintenance Services

• Omera Johnson, Clerical and Administrative Services

• Terry Douglas, Security Services

SCOE staff from up to nine categories are nominated to compete in the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) Classified Employee of the Year Program. Winners at the county level become eligible to move on to the California School Recognition Program.
