The season may have ended in December, but it’s time to celebrate the success of the Folsom Bulldogs.  Wednesday night, the community is invited to the Folsom Historic District to join the team in celebration of earning its fifth Division 1-A State Championship title.

Members of the Folsom Bulldogs football program at all levels will be gathering, along with its coaches, cheer teams and school staff at the Zittel Family Amphitheater to celebrate the team’s 5th State Championship title. 

Wednesday’s event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. and will continue to 8 p.m. and admission is free for the community. The event is presented collaboratively thanks to  Folsom High School Athletic Boosters, Folsom Historic District, The City of Folsom, and the Folsom Cordova Unified School District.

The Folsom Bulldogs won their 5th State Championship title Dec, 9 when they defeated St. Bonaventure High School 20-14 at Saddleback College in Southern California and ended their season 12-2, scoring their first title under head coach Paul Doherty. The Bulldogs previously won state titles in 2018, 2017, 2014 and 2010.
