Family concert and instrument “petting zoo” debuts Saturday

The Folsom Lake Symphony hosts its annual family concert and instrument “petting zoo” at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 11.

It’s About Time welcomes listeners of all ages to the Harris Center for the Arts for a morning of musical adventure and imagination. An instrument “petting zoo” where kids can play various instruments of the orchestra will take place in the lobby after the concert. This year, symphony musicians will work with the children on string instruments (including harp) and various percussion instruments.
