The Malicious Monster Truck Insanity Tour roars into Placerville Speedway at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds this Friday and Saturday, Sept. 22-23 for two big days of what is best described as, “monstrous family fun.”

The monster trucks that follow the traveling Malicious Tour are a popular attraction everywhere they perform. The high horsepower, giant machines can actually shake the ground. As big as they are, these trucks can fly through the air, crushing everything beneath them. Needless to say, there is usually several cars sacrificed as victims to big trucks in every city they roar into.

The Malicious Monster Truck Tour is the premiere group for this type of entertainment on the West Coast. They tour from Washington throughout California, always delivering a top-notch show lead by the popular Megasaures and others as they compete in multiple contests to the delight of the onlookers.

The competitors are highly skilled in the ability to maneuver these vehicles around the course. One wrong move can be the difference between executing a textbook jump and ending up on your roof. Every time one of these trucks is on the track, all eyes are on them.

The two day appearance in El Dorado County begins Friday with the gates opening at 5 p.m. with a 5:30 p.m. pit party to see the machinery up close and meet the drivers. The trucks roar into action on the track at 7:00 p.m. Times are the same on Saturday night. Tickets are $20 for adults, $17 for Juniors, Seniors and Military with I.D. Kids ages 4-11 are $10 and those 3 and under are free.  Tickets can be purchased at www.placervillespeedway.com.
