Get ready for an evening of toe-tapping great times, delightful wine tasting, and talented musicians at work, all for a great cause!. The always much anticipated Folsom Wine and Jazz event is gearing up to return for its 23rd year, bringing a night of smooth melodies, fine wine, and community spirit to Historic Folsom.

Presented by the Folsom High School Music Boosters, this annual fundraising event will take place on Friday, April 4, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at the Zittel Family Amphitheater and tickets are already on sale to reserve your spot for the grand affair.

Billed as one of Folsom’s premier wine and jazz events, the evening will feature performances by Folsom High School’s award-winning jazz bands and jazz choir and more under the direction of Gaw Vang Williams.

Guests will enjoy an intimate, outdoor setting from the time the sun sets into the evening beneath the stars, while sampling a selection of wines from regional wineries and savoring small bites from local restaurants. A silent auction will also be held, featuring a variety of exciting items, with all proceeds benefiting the Folsom High School music programs.

“We are always excited to have the Folsom Wine and Jazz event in Historic Folsom each year,” said Judy Collinsworth, executive director for the Folsom Historic District Association. “This event creates a fun energy here, all for a great cause, and it brings a great group of visitors to enjoy the district before and after.”

The Folsom High School Music Boosters, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, has been supporting music education at Folsom High School for more than two decades. The organization provides funding and volunteer support for performances, festivals, football games, parades, and other community events to ensure the continued excellence of Folsom’s music programs.

The Zittel Family Amphitheater is located at 200 Wool Street in Historic Folsom. Parking is available at the city parking garage at 905 Leidesdorff Street, just a short walk from the venue.
