The role of American agriculture is greater than the food on our tables. It runs deep in our communities, large and small. Just about every product we touch involves a farmer.

Agriculture provides jobs from field to store and beyond.  In every area of agriculture, innovation is happing every day.

Established in 1844, Rancho Rio de Los Americanos, Honorable William Leidesdorff Jr. was the initial entitled land owner farmer who decided to plant a seed in the ground along the American River Parkway.

2025 National Ag Day we celebrate and with “A Taste of California Grown Pan African Cuisine” as we prepare for our 25th Folsom Juneteenth Celebration.

Everyone is invited to come and celebrate.
