The Red Hawk Resort Casino hosts another entertaining night of live music Saturday night as local native and Nashville Music Row recording artist Cynthia Renee and her band take the stage to bring four hours packed with the modern country hits you know and love to life, along with her country radio charting originals that are sure to get you out on the dance floor.
Renee and her four talented band members will be performing on the Red Hawk Resort Casino’s stage bar. The no-cover live entertainment begins at 10 p.m.
Renee is a singer-songwriter now with Twelve-Seventeen/SSM Nashville Records. She just recently performed the National Anthem at the Golden 1 Center for Hearts 4 Heroes Night presented by the Sacramento Kings, who are proud partners with Red Hawk Casino this season. Renee and her band members are known for their extensive catalog of modern and classic country songs, as well as her popular original “Working on a Hangover,” that is currently on radio play across the United States and in the UK.
Since being released, “Working on a Hangover,” has climbed to the top ranks of several music charts across the nation in 2022-23. Just last week the official music video, filmed and produced on Nashville’s famous Broadway and Printer’s Alley, was released to numerous streaming and television networks.
Renee and her band have performed at KNCI Radio’s Country in the Park alongside other country artists such as Lady A and Maddie and Tae. This past summer, they opened for multi-platinum selling artist Uncle Kracker in Santa Barbara, as well as Broken Bow Records Artist Chase Bryant in Reno.
Renee has also performed at The Harris Center for the Arts, numerous casino and entertainment venues, the California State Fair, El Dorado County Fair, San Joaquine County Fair, Gold Country Fair and others this past year, one of the busiest of her recording career that also included a radio tour across multiple locations in Tennesee and Alabama.
“Working on a Hangover” will be among the set list Saturday night among other songs you love. The band will also be performing her newest original “Have a Heart for a Hero,” for the first time publicly, a song dedicated to those heroes of the world including military personnel, police, fire, frontline medical workers and more. Next weekend two local favorites return to the stage as well. Maxx Cabello Jr. performs Dec. 22 with Sons of Rock and Roll on Dec. 23. On Dec.29 High Fidelity rocks the stage followed by Modern Relic on December 30.
For New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31. Red Hawk is adding two additional bands for a special Sunday of entertainment Moonshine Crazy will perform from 5-9 pm followed by Power Play that will ring in the new year playing from 10 pm until 2 am.
