FOLSOM – Pet Evolution, a growing retailer known for its focus on healthy pet foods and grooming services, is giving back this month with a special Pet Food Drive at its Folsom location and other stores across the country. The community campaign runs through November and aims to collect pet food, toys, and supplies for local food pantries that assist families in need — ensuring no pet goes hungry this holiday season.
Customers are invited to drop off unopened pet food, treats, toys, or supplies at Pet Evolution in Folsom, located at 5065 Blue Ravine Road, Suite 110, anytime between November 1 and 30. In return for their generosity, donors will receive 10 percent off their same-day retail purchase.
“At a time when more pet parents are facing tough choices, we believe community support can make all the difference,” said Rian Thiele, CEO and founder of Pet Evolution. “Our food drive is about coming together to help pets stay healthy and at home where they belong.”
All donations collected during the month will be distributed to local food pantries that help families and their pets. The company hopes the event inspires residents to lend a paw to neighbors who might otherwise struggle to feed or care for their animals.
Founded in 2012 by lifelong friends Rian Thiele and Mike Osborn after watching their own childhood dogs suffer from undiagnosed food allergies, Pet Evolution was created to promote healthier lives for pets through high-quality food options and care services. The brand began franchising in 2021 and has since expanded to 18 stores nationwide, including the Folsom location, with plans to continue growing across multiple states.
Pet Evolution’s offerings include premium pet food, full-service and self-service grooming, and mobile nail trims. With its latest community initiative, the company hopes to make the season brighter for pets and the families who love them.
