Folsom Cordova Unified School District (FCUSD) has announced it will unveil its new websites this week, according to a news release posted by the district last week.
The district will complete the redesign of both the District website and all of the individual school websites, with a scheduled launch set for this Friday, May 3, 2024. Behind-the-scenes efforts are underway as staff diligently upload and organize content in preparation for the unveiling.
During the website launch on May 3, temporary unavailability is expected as the transition takes place, estimated to span several hours. However, all school and District communication channels, including emails, phone lines, and emergency notifications, will remain operational throughout the process.
Acknowledging the complexities involved in redesigning 37 websites, FCUSD emphasizes transparency and solicits patience and understanding from its community members. The District and school offices are committed to continuous refinement and enhancement of the websites even after the initial launch, spanning the remainder of the school year and into the summer.
