The theatre will debutThe Olde Tyme Radio Showon December 13, a one-day-only event that transports audiences back to the golden age of radio. Alongside that special performance, the theatre’s beloved annual productionHoliday in the Hillscontinues its celebrated run through December 23.

Presented on December 13 at 4 p.m.,The Olde Tyme Radio Showinvites families to experience a fully staged recreation of radio entertainment from the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. Sutter Street Theatre actors will perform in costume, bringing to life authentic scripts from the era while incorporating live sound effects and music from an onstage Foley artist.

This month’s featured script isA Christmas Carol— the 1938 version originally performed by Orson Welles and the Campbell Playhouse.
