You’re Invited! Ribbon Cutting Event for Jake’s Journey Home’s New Community Assist Center
Jake’s Journey Home is excited to announce the grand opening of our new Community Assist Center—a dedicated space designed to expand our support to Folsom, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights and surrounding areas, strengthen our impact, and help even more individuals move toward stability, dignity, and a successful future.
For years, our Mobile Outreach Unit has traveled throughout the community meeting people where they are. That will never change.
Now, with the addition of our Community Assist Center, we can offer both mobile and on-site support, making it easier for individuals to access ongoing services, guidance, and resources.
What’s New at the Community Assist Center?
While all of our core services remain the same, the new center allows us to provide:
- More in-depth problem-solving for individuals facing complex challenges
- A consistent, accessible locationwhere community members can check in, get support, and continue their journey
- Improved communication with the legal system to help people clean up records, complete necessary steps, and move forward
- A calm, supportive environment for planning a sustainable and successful life
