They’ve we’ve been inviting their guests to “eat happy,” as they like say, ever since and continue to add additional locations, all of which are well branded by their unique big blue cow. In addition to the Folsom location, additional Sacramento area spots include a new location in the Arden area as well as Land Park. The company first came to the Sacramento area on R Street in the downtown area.

“At Mendocino Farms, your favorite food experience awaits. Our creative sandwiches, salads and more take you on an unexpected culinary adventure with fresh ingredients and fearless flavor combinations,” reads the company website where they have announced the Folsom opening date.
