The Folsom Concert Association (FCA) continues its 2024 concert series at the Harris Center for the Arts this Sunday, Mar. 17 with Nashville’s AJ Bisto on the stage for his “Key of G Live.”, a show that Garth Brooks fans will truly enjoy.
Bisto was born and raised in Minnesota and has been singing since he could talk. His first gig was at age 5 when he sang at his cousin’s wedding. By age 8, he was filling in on lead vocals for the house band at the local American Legion and continued singing through his high school years for several bands and landed numerous lead roles in school musicals. At the age of 16, he started his own business performing at weddings and events.
In 2015, Bisto and his wife Josie moved to Nashville to be closer to the music scene. He has had the opportunity to open for acts such as Jamie O’Neal, Ty Herndon, Andy Griggs & Anita Cochran and in Nashville he enjoys playing various local venues.
The inspiration for Key of G Live developed after AJ was recruited by a cruise line to perform as Garth for one of their variety shows. Due to AJ’s natural vocal having an uncanny resemblance to the sound of Garth Brooks he has been encouraged by numerous industry professionals to create a tribute show honoring the music and the legend.
Bisto’s performance takes to stage at 2:00 p.m. on March 17, giving you plenty of time to enjoy one of Folsom’s many great dining options after the show. You can get tickets for this show by at: https://www.harriscenter.net/key-of-g

WHAT IS THE FOLSOM CONCERT ASSOCIATION?
The FCA began in 1994, a group of Folsom residents interested in the performing arts formed the first Board of Directors of a fledgling concert association. Out of their interest and willingness to serve their community, the Folsom Lake Community Concert Association (FLCCA) was born. In 2019, FLCCA was changed to the Folsom Concert Association or FCA.
Today, they continue our dedication to bringing concerts of the highest quality to Folsom and the surrounding communities. The Folsom Concert Association contracts with national and international talent to provide a diversified genre of music for their patrons and guests.
They also provide music to students and seniors who are unable to attend concerts at no cost to them. Learn more at www. folsomconcertassociation.org or simply click on one of their advertisements here on www.folsomtimes.com.
