The Summer of Music free concert series returns to lawn Friday night, July 14 at Folsom Lions Park with the Ariel Jean Band bringing their country sound to gazebo stage.

Presented by the Folsom Parks and Recreation District each year, the Summer of Music is a four-night series spanning June and July at the city park, located next to the Folsom Library at 411 Stafford Street in Folsom.

Friday night marks the second to last concert in the series and the well known locally based Ariel Jean band is sure to have concert goers dancing on the lawn all night long.

The Ariel Jean band is a Woman fronted band of Sisters Ariel Jean, Aubrey Anne, and Amber Joy, based out of the Sacramento. The band is famous for their original unique sound of the sister trio Ariel jean, Amber Joy, and Aubrey Anne, who sing three-part harmony to their original songs, written by singer/song writer/guitarist Ariel Jean, and cover songs.

The band has opened for and shared the stage with The Eli Young Band, Cadillac 3, Eric Paslay, William Michael Morgan, John King, Sam Hunt, Ernest, Midland, Parmalee, Little Big Town, Tim McGraw and more!

I addition to the live music, a number of well-known area food trucks will be on site with plenty of tasty eats and sweets.  The Ariel Jean Band will hit the stage starting at 7 and will continue to 9 p.m. The City of Folsom also serves up complimentary bottled water at the Summer of Music concerts.

Following Friday’s event, the next Summer of Music concert will be July 28 with the Fryed Brothers Band closing out the 2023 series.
