Line up includes the popular Fan Halen, UnDistorted, plus Love & Honey Sunday afternoon
ORANGEVALE—Get ready to jump, because The Boardwalk is turning up the volume this Friday night when Fan Halen, bannered as “The World’s Most Authentic Tribute to Van Halen,” hits the stage in an electrifying performance presented by James Elliot Entertainment.
Set for Friday night, at 8:30 p.m., Fan Halen will bring its full-throttle energy, sound, and swagger of one of rock’s most legendary bands to the popular Orangevale venue. The Southern California-based tribute act has spent over a decade thrilling fans across the globe—from Japan to Europe and all across the Americas—by delivering a high-powered homage to the original Van Halen lineup: David Lee Roth, Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen, and Michael Anthony.
At the heart of Fan Halen’s performance is Ernie Berru, whose portrayal of frontman David Lee Roth is so spot-on it’s often said you have to see it to believe it. His signature vocals, wild stage persona, and iconic costumes fully capture the Diamond Dave experience. Paired with Derek Fuller’s blistering Eddie Van Halen guitar work, which nails every solo and signature riff with precision and passion, the band brings Van Halen’s music roaring back to life.

Bassist Andy Catt channels Michael Anthony’s sound and spirit, locking in the low end while delivering those unmistakable high harmony vocals that helped define the band’s iconic sound. Rounding out the lineup is Michael Thompson behind a massive Ludwig kit, capturing Alex Van Halen’s thunderous energy and showmanship.
From the choreography and gear to the note-for-note renditions of some of rock’s most memorable anthems, Fan Halen leaves no detail untouched. Their goal is simple: to make fans feel like they’re back in the golden era of rock—like it’s 1984 all over again. Tickets for the show range from $25 to $45, with presale options available for those looking to secure the best seats. The show is 21 and over, and all ticket sales are final.
