Red Hawk Resort Casino is set for another lively weekend of free live music as Brodie Stewart and the Ariel Jean Band bring two distinct nights of country-driven performances to the Stage Bar, blending powerhouse vocals, rich storytelling and dance-floor energy.
Friday night belongs to Brodie Stewart, a country powerhouse whose sound draws from southern rock roots and modern country edge. Stewart, who grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and spent summers in Red Bluff, developed his passion for music early through time spent at rodeos and listening to country hits. That foundation led him to front a southern rock band that toured nationally, opened for major artists including Lynyrd Skynyrd, Lady Antebellum and Darius Rucker, and more.
Beyond his success as a performer, Stewart is also an accomplished songwriter and producer. His song “Sweet Isabel” was recorded by Enrique Iglesias and featured on the Insomniac album released by Interscope Records, a milestone that led to a song production deal and a publishing agreement with Warner Chappell Music Publishing. Stewart has since written and produced music for a wide range of artists, further establishing his credibility within the industry.
Now fully focused on his solo country career, Stewart teamed up with renowned guitarist and producer Adam Shoenfeld, whose credits include work with Jason Aldean, Tim McGraw and Florida Georgia Line. That collaboration resulted in Stewart’s debut albumBorn American, a project that showcases his commanding vocals, storytelling lyrics and what he describes as a high-octane live show. Backed by top-tier players and production talent out of Nashville, Stewart and his band have become a fixture on the West Coast country circuit, known for electrifying performances and packed dance floors. He performs Friday night from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Saturday night shifts the spotlight to the Ariel Jean Band, a Sacramento-based trio known for their signature blend of three-part harmony, country-rock edge and heartfelt songwriting. Sisters Ariel Jean, Aubrey Anne and Amber Joy have carved out a strong presence on the West Coast music scene thanks to their powerful vocals, magnetic stage chemistry and a sound that fuses modern country with classic heartland roots.
Led by Ariel Jean’s standout vocals and sharp songwriting, the band has shared the stage with major country artists including Tim McGraw, Little Big Town, Sam Hunt and Midland. Ariel Jean’s musical journey began with a guitar in hand during long Pacific Coast road trips, eventually leading her from local venues to legendary Nashville stages such as Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. The band’s newest singles, including “Honky Tonk Queen,” “Rocker Girl” and “On My Way to You,” were recorded in Nashville with session musicians who have played for Luke Bryan, Keith Urban and other country chart-toppers. Viral favorites like “Coors Light Country Girl” and the emotional ballad “Here” continue to expand the group’s devoted following.
Whether performing original songs or putting their own spin on crowd favorites, the Ariel Jean Band delivers a high-energy show filled with harmony, personality and genuine connection. Saturday night’s performance runs from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m. at the Stage Bar.
