Christmas came early this year to the staff of Bacchus House Bistro in Folsom.Apparently if you make it onto the good list it doesn’t matter if it’s August or December.
Eric Lee, Adams and Executive Chef Victor Octavio, owners of Bacchus House Bistro, have gifted their seasoned staff a fully paid trip to Cabo San Lucas Mexico to show them their appreciation for all their hard work, loyalty and dedication at Bacchus House Bistro and the community.
“ I feel It takes more than just a thank you card to really let a person know that what they have done for you is so appreciated and cherished.
And that’s why Chef Victor and I decided to treat the best staff we have ever had to such an extraordinary trip to vacation and enjoy themselves.
Im particularly grateful to my staff for allowing me the opportunity to go out and do “my hands” on charity work in the streets of the Folsom community during the busiest month of the year in the restaurant industry, December. I am mostly not in the restaurant that month and my incredible staff holds down the fort immaculately for me. For that I am grateful”
Eric Lee, and Executive Victor Octavio have owned Bacchus House Bistro for over a decade and plan to celebrate their 10 year anniversary with the community soon.
Bacchus House is known for their community service, generosity and philanthropic work with such organizations as Shriners children’s hospital St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and many others.
Bacchus House Bistro will be closed for the special vacation beginning this Thursday August 22 and will be reopening Wednesday August 28th.
