New Iron Point clinic provides primary care, cancer treatment and infusion center
Dignity Health Mercy Medical Group has expanded its footprint in Folsom with the opening of a new medical clinic that brings a wide range of essential health services under one roof.
The clinic, located at 1050 Iron Point Road with access off Black Diamond Road, offers primary care, pediatrics, hematology, oncology, and infusion therapy. Open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the new site is designed to improve access to high-quality, comprehensive care for residents of Folsom, El Dorado Hills, and the greater Sacramento region.
In a key benefit to patients, the clinic is housed in the same building as Dignity Health Advanced Imaging, creating a convenient one-stop destination for primary care, diagnostic imaging, cancer treatment, and infusion services. Its location near Highway 50 also allows for easy access for commuters and surrounding communities.
The opening marks Dignity Health’s first infusion center in Folsom, significantly expanding access to vital therapy services for patients undergoing cancer treatment or managing chronic conditions. The new hematology, oncology, and infusion departments will offer full-spectrum care, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support.
Primary care providers and pediatricians at the clinic take a holistic approach to health, addressing not only physical needs but also the emotional and social well-being of their patients. The practice emphasizes long-term relationships with individuals and families, helping ensure patients receive timely, personalized care throughout all stages of life.
