Dining specials, high energy rock band highlight holiday weekend
Valentine’s Day plans get a rock-and-roll upgrade Saturday night as Four Barrel takes over the Stage Bar at Red Hawk Resort Casino for a late-night celebration built on classic hits and dance-floor energy.
The Woodland-based band performs from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m., delivering a dynamic show that spans rock favorites from the 1960s to today. Known for their electrifying stage presence and crowd-driven performances, Four Barrel blends decades of music into one high-energy set designed to keep couples and groups of friends moving long after dinner ends.
Leading the charge is Phillip Lovejoy, the band’s founding member, lead guitarist and vocalist. Lovejoy began his musical journey in fifth grade with the trumpet before picking up the guitar at 15, inspired by legends such as Eddie Van Halen, Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan. His blues-infused rock style adds a sharp, expressive edge to Four Barrel’s sound.
On vocals, Teri Alison brings powerhouse energy and commanding presence to the stage. Her passion for performing began at age eight when she sang “Rhinestone Cowboy” with a local band. Influenced by artists like Pat Benatar, Alison went on to front several regional groups, developing the dynamic range and audience connection that now define Four Barrel’s live shows.
Bassist Dale Warner anchors the band with deep grooves shaped by decades in the rock, blues and jazz scenes. Originally from Woodland, Warner spent years in Santa Cruz and Los Angeles, touring nationally and releasing his solo recordUncle Dale, Tell’n Stories. After returning to Woodland in 2017, he reconnected with Lovejoy and soon joined Four Barrel, bringing seasoned musicianship and steady rhythm to the group.
Ken Hockensmith rounds out the lineup on drums, delivering the driving beats that fuel the band’s energetic live performances. Together, the quartet creates an interactive show packed with singalong moments, classic riffs and dance-ready favorites.
With no cover charge and seating available on a first-come, first-served basis, the Stage Bar offers a lively Valentine’s night alternative for those looking to celebrate with music and movement.
