Voices of California (VoCal), an A Cappella chorus singing primarily in the Barbershop style, is presenting their Fall Dinner & Cabaret Show September 23rd 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Oak Hills Church, 1100 Blue Ravine Road, Folsom. Tickets may be purchased through Voicesofcalifornia.org or by calling 530-621-1904. A table of six may be reserved.
Doors open at 5:00 pm, at which time you can browse the silent auction and enjoy the strolling quartets. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm with entertainment featuring the Voices of California chorus and elite quartets from Northern California.
Dinner features barbecued boneless chicken breast, pulled pork, mashed potatoes, and Caesar Salad. The ever-popular Dessert Dash will follow dinner.
VoCal will be competing at the Far Western District contest in Arizona in October. The quartets appearing on the show also qualified to compete in the District contest.
Founded in 2010, VoCal is based in Sacramento with members from throughout Northern and Central California. VoCal strives to provide first class entertainment in the community. In addition to supporting programs in schools throughout the extended Sacramento area, VoCal is a major sponsor of the Far Western District Youth Harmony Camp held annually at Sly Park Education Center in Pollock Pines.
