FOLSOM — Summer is winding down, but families in Folsom still have one last chance to make a splash at the Steve Miklos Aquatic Center before the season shifts into fall. The city’s premier swimming facility will host its final weekend of recreation swim during the Labor Day holiday, offering a festive close to summer with plenty of water fun for all ages.

From 1 to 5 p.m. this Saturday through Monday, visitors can cool off on the giant water slide, challenge themselves on the inflatable obstacle course, or simply enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool. Lifeguards will be on duty throughout the weekend to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for swimmers.
