Area’s premiere entertainment destination offers holiday dining options

It’s the final weekend before the Christmas holiday and Red Hawk Resort Casino has plenty of entertainment to wrap up your long days of hustling and bustling at work or shopping this Friday and Saturday night as their weekly stage bar live music series continues with two returning favorites as Flat Busted and American Mile perform.

Red Hawk Resort Casino is gearing up for the final weekend before Christmas with a packed lineup of entertainment and dining options. Guests can unwind from the holiday hustle and bustle with live music at the Stage Bar and indulge in festive dining experiences.

Flat Busted takes the stage on Friday night, bringing their signature modern country sound. Led by Brian McPherson, the band has been performing across California, Nevada, and Oregon for over a decade. Known for engaging performances featuring a headset microphone, McPherson’s energetic shows have made Flat Busted a fan favorite at casinos, amphitheaters, fairs, and private events. McPherson credits a 1995 Garth Brooks concert as his inspiration to pursue music. Starting with his brother in the duo “The McPherson Brothers,” he performed at local bars and events, eventually evolving into Flat Busted. The band’s Friday night performance runs from 8 p.m. to midnight.

American Mile

On Saturday night, American Mile returns to the Stage Bar. Formed in 2018, this Southern rock and country band has made waves with influences like Aerosmith, The Black Crowes, Chris Stapleton, and Tom Petty. American Mile has performed at major events including Summerfest, the NASCAR Auto Club 400, and Concert in the Park Sacramento ’22. They’ve opened for artists such as Lindsey Ell, Tyler Rich, and Colt Ford, among others. American Mile’s 2020 debut album, The Longest Road, features contributions from Grammy-nominated producers Bruce Witkin and Keith Nelson. The band’s performance begins at 10 p.m. and continues until 2 a.m.
