On Wednesday, the community and Choose Folsom came out to celebrate the grand opening of Folsom’s newest coffee shop, and a unique one at that.
Qamaria Yemeni Coffee celebrated its official grand opening at its location at 13405 Folsom Boulevard with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Folsom’s newest coffee shop offers the opportunity to discover the rich flavors of authentic Yemeni coffee while enjoying a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Qamaria is distinct in that it harvests and packages coffee beans from single farms, offering the same taste that “locals have cherished for centuries,” according to their franchise background information.
According to the company, each bean is “carefully harvested, meticulously processed, and uniquely roasted to achieve an unparalleled flavor.”
Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co. uses a unique method of brewing—made to order. Each cup is prepared using a traditional Yemeni method to bring out flavors and notes that a coffee machine would never achieve. This results in a cup of coffee and an experience unlike any the customer has had before. Staff engage with customers about the bean’s origin, Yemen’s coffee history, and their roasting facility, providing amazing customer service and a few fun facts that make each order that much more special.
