Nine staff members have been named Folsom Cordova Unified School District’s (FCUSD) Classified Employees of the Year, recognizing their dedication and contributions across various roles within the district.

Selected by their peers, the honorees now move forward to the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) Classified Employee of the Year Program, which highlights the vital work of classified staff and their impact on student success.

The 2024 FCUSD Classified Employees of the Year are Bryan Cooper – Technical Services; Duane Martinez – Transportation Services; Gerald Worley – Custodial & Maintenance Services; James Bryant – Health & Student Services; Jeanne Gledhill – Paraprofessional Services; Manuela Aguilar Dominguez – Food & Nutrition Services; Nicola Mayo – Clerical & Administrative Services; Primi Chagolla – Skilled Trade Services; and Terry Douglas – Security Services.

The newest nominees will now advance to the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) Classified Employee of the Year Program, which aims to recognize classified staff for exceptional job performance and distinguished contributions, according to a media release from FCUSD.

“We are proud to celebrate these superstar members of Team FCUSD whose dedication and teamwork create a supportive and thriving school community,” the district said in a statement. “Their commitment to fostering a positive environment and helping students succeed makes a lasting impact.”
