Multiple units from the Folsom Fire Department are actively working on the scene of a residential structure fire on the 1900 block of Horseshoe Glenn Circle in Folsom.
At 9:05 p.m. Sunday evening, firefighters were dispatched to the incident, following a 911 call reporting the incident.
Folsom’s Truck 35 responded to the call, along with Folsom Engines 39, 37, 38, one medic unit and one battalion chief also responded to the scene.
UPDATE 9:15 p.m: According to incident command, the active fire has been extinguished and contained to a bedroom of the home, occupants have been cleared from the structure and no fire extension was made into the attic, or further living space in the home.
Firefighters remain on scene, ventilating the dwelling of smoke and investigating the cause of the fire.
