Skip’s Flips is excited to announce The Pick Up, Pop-Up Event & Sale, taking place this Saturday, June 14, from 3 PM to 8 PM at Beach Hut Deli Folsom, located at 241 Blue Ravine Road, Folsom, CA 95630. This beach-inspired event is set to bring people together for a day of fun, flip-flops, and fundraising, all in support of the Skip’s Foundation and its mission to promote healing and awareness around mental health.
The Pick Up, Pop-Up Event & Sale is a special opportunity to support the Skip’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting healing for those affected by suicide, supporting survivors, and creating awareness for suicide prevention and mental health. All proceeds from the event will go directly to the foundation, which is currently working toward a heartfelt goal: raising $3,500 to send Skip’s son, Troy, as the first scholarship recipient on a healing retreat. This retreat will provide Troy with a transformative experience focused on emotional renewal and personal growth, reflecting the foundation’s commitment to fostering healing and resilience.
Guests at the event can participate in the “Pick Up Your Flips” experience, grabbing a pair of Skip’s Flips flip-flops—perfect for summer outings—while contributing to this meaningful cause. The event will also feature a cold plunge and a breathwork group seminar, offering attendees a chance to engage in wellness activities that align with the foundation’s focus on mental health and healing.
