Two Folsom police officers have received statewide recognition for their outstanding efforts in keeping local roads safe. Officer Cantelme and Officer Vavak were recently honored by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) California for their commitment to DUI enforcement and prevention.

The recognition highlights the officers’ dedication to reducing impaired driving in Folsom, a critical effort that helps protect both residents and visitors throughout the community. MADD California annually honors law enforcement officers across the state who go above and beyond in their efforts to prevent drunk and drugged driving.
