A juvenile has been arrested in connection with a vandalism incident at the Palladio shopping center earlier this month that left a Tesla driver facing more than $1,000 in damage.

According to the Folsom Police Department, the incident occurred on August 4, 2025, when officers responded to a report of vandalism at the Palladio parking garage. Investigators say the suspect was seen on the second floor of the structure, where they threw a block of ice onto the windshield of an occupied Tesla driving through the garage.

The suspect fled the scene on an E-Bike before officers arrived. In the days following the incident, police worked to identify the individual, ultimately locating and arresting the suspect.

The juvenile was booked into Sacramento County Juvenile Hall on a felony vandalism charge. Due to the suspect’s age, authorities are not releasing any additional details.
