The Folsom Police Department and neighboring agencies are seeking the community’s assistance in the search for a missing Folsom woman.
Christie Cervantes, 54, has been missing since Friday morning. Prior to her disappearance, she was known to have been in the areas of Granite Bay, Folsom and Orangevale
Cervantes is driving a 2011 dark blue Subaru Outback with damage to the front grill area of the car from a previous collision with a deer. The vehicle reportedly has one headlight that is dimmer than the other and is missing the front license plate.
The license plate number on the vehicle is KNGZCPL. Police have reported Cervantes was later seen driving “slowly” on Fair Oaks Boulevard near Garfield in Carmichael at approximately 10:45 a.m. on Saturday.
Cervantes, who has been described as “petite” and 5 foot, 3 inches in height with brown hair by her husband Matt who has been posting on various community social media pages, looking for assistance after her sudden disappearance.
Anyone with any information on her whereabouts or who sees her vehicle is advised to contact the Folsom Police Department at (916) 355-7230. If she is spotted outside of the Folsom area, please call 911 or the agency of that area as well.
