Folsom police are searching for 73‑year‑old Norman Frewin, who is considered at risk because of his age and medical condition, according to an announcement from the Folsom Police Department Monday morning shortly before 10:00 a.m.
Frewin, described as having gray hair and blue eyes, was last seen Monday evening. Authorities have not shared his last whereabouts. Frewin is believed to be driving a maroon Ford F‑150 with California license plate CA 59341L2. A silver alert has been issued, and anyone with information is urged to call 911 or contact the Folsom Police Department at 916‑355‑7231.
