UPDATE 8:58 AM 5/17 -Zoey has been located and it with family. Folsom Police confirmed there is no foul play suspected in her disappearance.
The Folsom Police Department has issued an alert for the public’s assistance in locating a missing at risk individual.
According to Folsom Police, Zoey Whistler, 24, was last seen at approximately 4 p.m.. Wednesday leaving her Folsom residence. According to an alert from Folsom Police he last known whereabouts was near the 300 block of Leidesdorf Street.
She was last seen wearing Pink oversized T shirt and shorts. According to police, Whistler is considered an at risk person and is known to frequent the Folsom area trails along the river.
