Today, the Palladio at Broadstone announced two new tenants and expanding operations for another.

New tenants include Skin Laundry, the very first in the region but have over 40 clinics worldwide. It opened its Folsom Clinic June 9th. Their clinics specialize in advanced technology and utilize medical-grade lasers to promote healthy glowing skin.
On the same day, LoveSac opened its first Folsom store while celebrating 25 years of providing comfort to people’s homes. They are known for their beanbags and “sactionals” furniture. Sactionals are customizable withStealthTech Sound systems and charging capabilities.
Patrick James, a West Coast Classic men’s clothing and fine menswear that opened its Folsom store in 2021, has expanded its retail space by relocating near the Palladio Starbucks.
