Spring has sprung and so have all the trees, weeds, and bushes on Folsom’s parkways. The Friends of Folsom Parkways need volunteers willing to roll up their sleeves and help remove hazardous fuel ladder buildups.  Fuel ladders include dead branches, brush and other along trails.

You don’t need any special skills, just a willingness to get involved! You’ll want to wear long pants, close-toed shoes, gloves, and weather-appropriate clothing. All tools will be provided but you may bring your own.

There have three upcoming volunteer opportunities this month. Pre-registration is required.
