Veteran musicians with deep Northern California roots bring soulful harmonies and heartfelt tunes to week 4 of Twilight Series
Music lovers are in for a smooth ride this Thursday evening as the Summer Twilight Concert Series in Historic Folsom continues with the sounds of The Golden Cadillacs. The free outdoor concert takes place June 26 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Zittel Family Amphitheater, delivering another night of live music under the stars in the heart of the Historic District.
Formed by a group of longtime friends from the Sierra foothills, The Golden Cadillacs offer a blend of harmony-rich country rock and soul-infused Americana. Their journey as a band began in their high school days, and after following separate musical paths, the group reunited to form a sound built on familiarity, friendship, and years of performance experience.

Members of the band have played with renowned acts including Jackie Greene, Dead Winter Carpenters, Tim Flannery, Jake Peavy, and Merrygold—bringing a wealth of talent and stagecraft to every performance. With their rootsy sound, heartfelt lyrics, and tight harmonies, The Golden Cadillacs create a musical atmosphere that feels both nostalgic and fresh, drawing listeners in with every note.
Their performance is the fourth installment of the 2025 Summer Twilight Concert Series, hosted by the Folsom Historic District Association and presented every Thursday night through August 28. Guests are encouraged to bring low back lawn chairs and enjoy the show from the grassy amphitheater space. Beer and wine will be available for purchase on site throughout the concert.
More about Friday’s Hometown Radio Show Concert
On Friday, June 27, the amphitheater will also host the annual Opry-style Hometown Country Radio Show, a toe-tapping night of classic and modern country favorites performed by a stellar lineup of local and regional talent. Running from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., the fast-paced variety concert is a beloved Folsom tradition and sets the tone for the patriotic Hometown Parade on Saturday morning.
This year’s show, produced by local musicians Billy J Walsh and Ian Cornell, features performances by Kristen Brown, Cynthia Renee, Garratt Wilkin, Geoffrey Miller, Joe Orlando, Malekos Trio, Melissa Corona, Sunny Mitchell, and Tom Rigney. Backed by a skilled house band featuring Kevin Jachetta, Matt Twain, Jeff Brzozowski, Flying Eugene Flowers, Michael Gregory, and members of The Sky Kings, the show celebrates the legacy and evolution of country music—from Hank Williams and Patsy Cline to The Eagles and beyond.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early with blankets or low-back chairs. Food and drink options will be available from Historic District vendors, with beer and wine also available for purchase on site.
Presented in partnership with the Folsom Historic District Association and sponsored by Blue Iron Foundations & Shoring, the Friday night show is one more reason to celebrate summer in Folsom. For those that can’t make the show Friday, Folsom Times will be live-streaming the Hometown Country Radio Show as part of its expanded Hometown Parade week coverage.
