From the moment fans step into the front gates of Folsom’s Dan Russell arena they can’t help but notice the sea of red white and blue throughout the facility that is transformed annually by Choose Folsom and the Folsom Chamber of Commerce to host the annual Folsom Pro Rodeo. From the skydiver delivered American Flag descending into the arena to the majestic moves of Folsom’s Painted Ladies to little locals mutton busting, barrel races, bull riders, flying motorcycles and everything in between the event that spans six decades offers something for everyone and brings an economic boost to the community of Folsom as local businesses welcome rodeo guests from all parts into their amazing establishments.
