Powerhouse Entertainment presents two of the area’s well known bands to headline its weekend of music this Friday and Saturday night at the Historic Folsom pub with a Saturday afternoon dance party in between its nighttime shows to provide a trio of talent over two days.

It all starts Friday night at the iconic music venue located at Historic Sutter Street and Riley with the Inverness 95 set to take the stage. 

Inverness 95 brings its variety of Alternative tunes the stage and there are sure to be some songs on your favorites list when this area band flips the power switch. Inverness95 is known for bringing the best of 90’s-2000’s Alternative/Grunge music to life.

ABBA Tribute performs for Saturday afternoon dance party

With rain in the forecast, the Saturday afternoon dance party may be the place to be this weekend as a popular ABBA tribute is ready to get all those dancing queens out on the floor.

Summer Night City, formerly known as Supertrouper, reigns supreme as a seven-piece production show performing all the greatest hits of one of the world’s most beloved pop Super-Groups of the 70’s: ABBA!

According the Powerhouse show billing,  the band is known to play everything from the smash pop stage musical Mamma Mia to all the international pop chart favorites and guests will experience the fabulous costumes and hits authentically performed. The band is comprised of a collection of music industry veterans who claims that have, “a knack for replicating the intricacies that make ABBA songs so special.”

Tickets for the Saturday afternoon dance party are just $10 and can be purchased online below. The show starts at 3:00 p.m. and wraps up at 6:00 p.m.

Superbad headlines Saturday night at Powerhouse

On Saturday night, Powerhouse welcomes Superbad to its local stage for another night of energetic entertainment to get you on the dance floor. 

Crowding northern California dance floors with their distinct brand of entertainment, Superbad is ready to stir any size event, party, or wedding.  Six-foot-six band leader, Henry Lange embraces the audience with engaging character and pizzazz!

SuperBad performs a variety of musical styles ranging from 70’s, 80’s, 90’s & today, working hard at maintaining a top-tier position in the California club circuit.
