Capital Crew is a very successful non-profit competitive youth rowing organization of the Sacramento State Aquatic Center that has been in existence since 1989. The team sent four boats to the Head of The Port Regatta in West Sacramento on October 8. All crews showed great improvement, as each boat demonstrated strong, faster performances.
