Locally owned by PJ Singh, Folsom Wine & Spirits has had a great deal of success at its longtime location in the Folsom Pavilions, at 6606 Folsom-Auburn Road.  According to Singh, the second location was chosen to better serve the other side of Folsom, and many of the newer residential communities that are accessible off of East Bidwell, Blue Ravine and other main roadways.
