A new month of music begins at Red Hawk Resort Casino this weekend as the area’s premier entertainment and dining venue ushers in Christmas season. This month, will welcome weekly live entertainment once again every Friday and Saturday night, along with the addition of two extra shows on New Years Eve.
It all starts Friday Night with a night of country tunes courtesy of Lynsey’s Prime Country. Lynsey’s Prime Country will bring to the stage exactly what their name says, the sounds of what is referred to as “prime country,” which includes music from the 80’s, 90’s and into then 2000’s from some of the top hitting artists of those times. Friday night entertainment starts at 8 p.m. at Red Hawk Resort Casino and concludes at 12 a.m.
On Saturday night. Inverness 95 brings its variety of Alternative tunes the stage and there are sure to be some songs on your favorites list.
The band is known for bringing the best of 90’s-2000’s Alternative/Grunge music to life. The band is set to perform 4 hours of cover songs that will bring everyone back to the days that were some of the best for this genre of music. Entertainment starts at 10 and goes until 2 a.m. on Saturday.
After the July openers, music will continue at Red Hawk into the month with he return of Donnie and the Wayrads on Dec. 13 and the return of Patton Leatha on Dec. 14. Flat Busted is back at the casino stage bar on Friday, Dec. 20 followed by Gotcha Covered on Dec. 21.
It doesn’t matter if your from Placerville, El Dorado Hills or Folsom or beyond, if looking for a place to ring in the new year with dining, dancing and live music can do so this year at Red Hawk as well. Live music has been added for Dec. 31 with two different shows. Kirk Basquez will perform from 5 until 9 pm. for those who like to celebrate early in the evening. The popular band Fresh will then take the stage from 10 p.m. and will perform into 2025, wrapping up their show at 2.am.
