The company first came to the Sacramento area on R Street in the downtown area.

“At Mendocino Farms, your favorite food experience awaits. Our creative sandwiches, salads and more take you on an unexpected culinary adventure with fresh ingredients and fearless flavor combinations,” reads the company website where they have announced the Folsom opening date.
