In their first Match of the season, FLC’s Men’s Tennis was defeated by Modesto Junior College (MJC), 5-4, on Tuesday afternoon.
No. 1 doubles pair, Clark Chun and Diego Rodriguez won their doubles pro set (8-2), but The Falcons lost the other two (2) doubles matches to go down 2-1 after doubles play.
In singles play, No. 1, Diego Rodriguez, No. 2, Clark Chen, and No. 3, Ronnie Oseguera, were each able to secure a point for their team, but it wasn’t enough as the Pirates won their No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5 singles matches to defeat the Falcons 9-4.
